In-home newborn photographer in Lancashire
In-home photoshoots are just perfect for newborns. I love travelling in and around Lancashire and our local area to meet and photograph families with their new babies. There is something really beautiful about capturing raw moments of love and connection within the space where you share those treasured early days together. Just relax in the comfort of your own home while I capture natural, unposed moments between you and your new baby.

Relaxed, natural newborn photography
I just adore the way that unposed lifestyle photography works for newborn sessions. Your tiny new person is just perfect the way they are so it makes sense to invest in timeless, professional photographs that capture them exactly as you remember. The precious days and weeks in that newborn bubble are so fleeting, having honest, authentic images of this chapter to look back on will mean the world in years to come.

Sarah is very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble, even when baby wanted to feed all the time.
The pictures are brilliant and capture us as a family perfectly, thank you Sarah.

FAQs
What should we wear for our newborn photoshoot?
My top tips for choosing your outfits are:
-
Start with one key piece (maybe mum's dress or baby's romper) and style the rest of the family around this.
-
Choose colours and textures that compliment each other rather than matching exactly (unless you're going for a cute 'mummy and me' style match which I fully encourage!) and avoid bright primary colours or neons, logos or slogans as these distract from the main focus of the image - you and your baby! Neutrals and earthy colours including creams, greys, tan and olive always work well and can be coupled with a rich tone such as navy, emerald green, burnt orange or mustard yellow for a pop of colour.
-
Above all make sure everyone feels comfortable in what they're wearing to make for relaxed, natural photographs.
